CHECK-IN ASSISTANT

DESCRIPTION:
Help families with the check-in process.  Welcome new families and assist in getting them into the check-in system for the first time.  Walk new families to the kids’ classrooms, helping them learn the layout of the building, how the check-in system works, and ultimately providing a personal welcome to Life Center and LCKids.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a welcoming, servant’s heart.  We will provide training on the check-in system and where the kids’ classrooms are.

COMMITMENT:
9-month commitment, serving a minimum of once per month.
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm; Sundays at 8:15am, 9:45am, OR 11:15am.

elementary group leader

DESCRIPTION:
Providing general care and love for the children in the elementary (Kindergarten-5th grade).  Holding casual individual and group conversation, assist with games being played.  Help kids pay attention, limit distraction during lesson time.  Befriending children and help them be comfortable in the kids church environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have attended Life Center for a minimum of 6 months.
- Have a fun, playful attitude, and provide an example of an attitude of worship.

COMMITMENT:
9-month commitment, serving a minimum of once per month.
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm; Sundays at 8:15am, 9:45am, OR 11:15am.

nursery attendant

DESCRIPTION:
Providing general care and love for the children in the nursery (6wks-2yrs).  Playing, serving snacks, holding babies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have attended Life Center for a minimum of 6 months.
- Able to sit on the floor with children, or in a rocking chair.
- Able to hold babies.

COMMITMENT:
9-month commitment, serving a minimum of once per month.
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm; Sundays at 8:15am, 9:45am, OR 11:15am.

PRESCHOOL ATTENDANT

DESCRIPTION:
Providing general care and love for the children in the preschool (3yrs - PreK).  Playing, serving snacks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have attended Life Center for a minimum of 6 months.
- Able to sit on the floor with children.
- Have a fun, playful attitude.

COMMITMENT:
9-month commitment, serving a minimum of once per month.
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm; Sundays at 8:15am, 9:45am, OR 11:15am.

MID-WEEK KIDS CLASSES

DESCRIPTION:
Ministry happens all throughout the week, not just on the weekends here at LCKids.  There are adult groups that meet for Bible study and fellowship a few times during the week and we are happy to have our kids classes open during those times.

You’ll be paired up with a LCKids staff member to providing general care for children ages 6wks to 5yrs old. Playing, entertaining, holding babies, serving snack… being a loving, caring friend to some babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Need to be able to hold babies, and have a playful attitude.
- Must have attended Life Center for more than 6 months.

COMMITMENT:
We would like to have you serve a couple of times a month during the months of September through June.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers): Thursdays 8:30am - 11:45am

Build Nights: Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:15pm
